Hoey the \"Friendly\" Ghost
So as it turns out, Joey is dead, and Poppy doesn't really exist...instead, we have "Hoey, the Friendly Ghost". He opens drawers, screws up computers, causes the t.v. screen to blink, torments Madder on weekends (unless his picture is flipped over, thus rendering his powers useless), opens the refrigerator, and observes Mickle and the Undead Hedgehog "playing in the rain".
